Groupe Casino’s legal team is responsible for a vast portfolio of brands located in Europe, South America and Africa contributing to overall revenue of approximately €37bn for 2018.
Recently the team has supported a number of strategic divestments on behalf of the Group, including the sale of Indian Ocean-based subsidiary Vindémia to GBH and R2C to Compass Group in 2019.
The Group legal team is highly regarded for its commercial as well as legal advice, with senior legal team members holding positions on boards of Group subsidiaries.
