The general counsel of the South East Europe region, together with two lawyers – one based in Italy and the other in Greece – provide legal assistance to all business groups and staff functions, each assigned to specific business groups while the paralegal manages sales agents agreements and associated claims and litigation, being also focused on corporate entity management and governance of 3M Italy. ‘We are an agile, resilient, inclusive, collaborative legal team delivering customer-focused solutions, partnering for ethical and sustainable growth and for advancing 3M’s strategic interests’, says Perego.
