FCA Bank is dedicated to motorists and motor financing, and was created from a joint venture between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Italy and Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance. Today it is present in 17 European countries as well as in Morocco, either directly or through its various subsidiaries. The FCA Bank legal team in Italy is composed of two legal professionals at headquarter level in Turin; head of legal Roberto Petriello and senior lawyer Marina Sapello. ‘We are recognised by our colleagues as true business partners in all our activities’, says Petriello. The team is replete with 11 lawyers and seven non-lawyers in total across the 18 countries where FCA Bank Group runs its operations. 2018 marked a particularly busy year for the team, as it helped successfully complete the renewal of a partnership with Jaguar Land Rover, a partnership with Harley Davidson and the acquisition of Win Rent, a leading Italian short term rental company.
