The gategroup EME Legal Team is led by Kevin Forjette, General Counsel, EME and includes Danny Kempeneers, Senior Legal Counsel, Valeria Barattiero, Legal Counsel and Luke Pomroy, Senior Counsel. The team maintains full responsibility for the EME Region as well as Retail and Commercial Technology matters globally which collectively represents more than one-half of the annual turnover of gategroup. The EME Legal Team works very closely with the business and as thought partners at all levels of the organization in developing business pragmatic, innovative and legally compliant solutions to implement corporate strategy and deliver against the business plan – which in turn generates exciting offerings and opportunities for its clients and travelers.
