The legal team in Switzerland assists Raiffeisen in its financial operations throughout its union of 246 independent Swiss banks. Most recently, the legal team has facilitated signing a long-term agreement with Avaloq with regard to launching an innovative retail banking platform, an agreement which will result in acquiring Avaloq’s 49% stake in the previous joint venture with Arizon Sourcing.
