‘Bronagh Hardiman recently joined Vistra Alternative Investments (Ireland) as the Vistra Group began to establish their operations in Ireland. Hardiman has been responsible for ensuring that the business acquired by Vistra has been embedded into the Vistra business, that all legal requirements have been complied with, that all client relationships have been preserved on the legal side and for ensuring that all ongoing transactions were unaffected by the transfer of the business. This has meant going above and beyond the usual role of a general counsel and working with numerous legal advisers and outsourced services as part of the due diligence and transfer processes’.
