The in-house legal team of Everstone Capital Advisors has modelled itself as a full service international law firm that can ‘work end-to-end in so far as the corporate secretarial compliance, regulatory, transactional and related activities of the firm’ according to partner and general counsel PM Devaiah. Notable transactions from the last two years include, among others, the joint venture between Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and IndoSpace, the sale of Faces Cosmetics to Sequoia Capital, the acquisition of Tikona Digital Networks’s 4G Business Bharti Airtel Limited and a 100% buy-out of CustomerContactChannels Holdings, a CRM solutions provider.
