General counsel Beatriz Beltranena oversees a team of three at the multifaceted Salvadorian capital and commercial investment firm Amzak Capital Management. The team supports Amzak’s abundance of private equity investments and provides advice to its portfolio of companies. In 2017, the function provided invaluable advice to Amzak’s significant investment in Trace Staffing Solutions, a leading commercial staffing provider in the US. The team also recently distinguished itself by implementing new compliance policies to its healthcare division. Beltranena has been in charge of the legal division for the last 12 years and has navigated the business through turbulent periods. She was previously employed by Citibank for over seven years between 1998 and 2005. ‘We always strive to provide prompt responses and support to our internal clients.
