The team gained recognition for recently assisting the company on several transactions, with international parties, involving the sale of the hospitality sector. Also, the team legally lead the transaction for the acquisition of a chain of pharmacies, which is pioneer in Costa Rica of the low cost format. In urban development, the legal team is supporting the sector in structuring innovative legal solutions for the development of approximately 171,000 square meters of mixed use construction.
