About

The Italian subsidiary of French energy company ENGIE is served by a legal team that is highly recommended by its internal business partners and external colleagues alike. A nominating source proclaims that ‘all of the ENGIE Group’s legal matters are expertly handled by their legal team’, and said matters are concerned with risk mitigation and legal advice in the context of a complex and changing energy market. Advice is given on legal areas the company’s services fall under, such as the production and supply of electricity, gas, renewables and infrastructure for customers in both domestic and business settings. One of the legal team’s most important contributions to the company in recent times has been its work on the proposed investment of €2.3m for public lighting and the energy renovation of several municipal buildings and schools in Italy. This deal will have not only a positive business outcome for ENGIE in Italy but provide significant benefits for citizens, a move that would have been impossible without the oversight of the recommended and diligent ENGIE Italy legal team.
