In 2016 the legal team played a crucial role in overseeing the acquisition of a 92% interest in the company by IC Power for a consideration of just under $300m which was financed through a $120m loan facility. They also assisted the company in its partnership with EEGSA on the award of up to 240MW in contracts of power supply in 2016.
