A market leader in the Sudanese and East African gold mining space, Ariab Mining Company has existed as a multinational private mining company since 1991 in Sudan and is in business exploring, exploiting, mining, processing, and selling gold and other associated minerals. Providing legal support to the company in his role as legal advisor is Elamin Elahmer, who has spent over 25 years in the position providing the legal basis with which the company has managed to produce over 85 tons of gold and 37 tons of silver, managing to grow its total output of gold production each year.

During the course of his career Elahmer has advised on all stages of contracts and tenders, procurement procedures, litigation affairs and all other ad hoc legal work concerning the Ariab Mining Company’s business and asset portfolio.
