Since 2012, Anna Bülow Zetterberg has been general counsel of Novamedia Sverige, a leading media and publishing company based in Sweden with a large European reach. It specialises in charity lotteries such as the postcode lottery, media campaigns, book and print publishing in Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK. Zetterberg has established the in-house legal function from scratch, including setting up policies, templates and procedures for the organisation to follow. In addition to the strategic part of her work, she focuses mainly on commercial agreements, intellectual property, media law, marketing law, gaming law, IT law, general company law, competition law, consumer law, GDPR and other legal fields connected to the gaming, media and entertainment industry. Prior to joining Novamedia Sverige, Zetterberg had a successful private practice career at Advokatfirman Lindahl and Advokatfirman Cederquist with a secondment at Svenska Spel, Sweden’s state owned gambling company.
