Since 2008, Henrik Dahlgren has served as senior legal counsel at Klarna, the technology focused commercial bank specialising in online commercial shopping financial transactions. His background in economics and law – graduating from the University of Gothenburg with a BA in Economics, and an LLM from Uppsala University in 2009 – demonstrates his extraordinary ability and his rapid career advancement, and provides an excellent basis on which he can provide guidance on legal issues as well as their commercial impact. For example, Dahlgren would have been involved throughout the process advising on the commercial law matters involved in the development and launch of Klarna’s new payments app, with potential licencing, contract and IP issues involved along with the regulations in a highly restrictive market.
