In November 2016 Brandon Foot was appointed as group general counsel of MultiChoice, a popular pay-television and internet platform established in 1995. Before taking this role Foot excelled for nine years at SuperSport, his first in-house employers and Multichoice’s major subsidiary that produces and broadcasts local and international sport for pay-tv subscribers. Starting out as legal counsel in 2007, he quickly moved up SuperSport’s management ranks to hold other senior management positions namely, head of acquisitions and legal for over three years, then acting CEO for two and half years and then finally COO. The seniority of these positions demonstrates not only Foot’s credentials as a legal mind but also his business acumen and expertise.
