Grant McIntyre, head of legal Hong Kong and senior counsel Asia, has led a regional legal team at international banking giant ABN AMRO since 2017, bringing his prior experience in banking law from private practice with Clifford Chance in London, Moscow and Dubai as well as his qualifications and experience at the Bar in Quebec in common law and French civil law. His team at ABN AMRO cover a broad range of practice advising on finance matters including leveraged finance, real estate finance, projects, acquisitions, general corporate lending, structures, secured lending and syndicated lending. A nominator has said of McIntyre’s team’s quality and his leadership: ‘[He] is an all-rounder.
