Experienced in the technology and payments industry, Thibaut Gregoire leads the legal, regulatory and public policy functions in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Caribbean, and oversees the Franchise teams. Thibaut deals with a wide number of complex and challenging matters daily, engages with senior governmental stakeholders on industry-wide subjects, leads international commercial transactions, oversees anti-trust and regulatory matters and handles settlement negotiations. Thibaut has been driving the one team culture with passion, where all team members understand the need to enable the business by leveraging the various areas of expertise in the team and the diversity to provide creative solutions.
