What are the most significant cases or transactions you and your team have been involved in?
Our recent work has revolved around facilitating and supporting the acceleration of digital product contracting and value-based agreement. We developed new commercial models and partnerships with customers in order to deliver a differentiated value proposition in healthcare and medical intervention. We are striving to support and understand the value of data to assist the evidence generation needs of our range of medical devices and solutions – in partnership with medical affairs, privacy, data security. We have also partnered with different internal functions supporting new business models especially in digital surgery, robotics, data architecture, telemonitoring and patient engagement. Additionally, we remain engaged in driving ethical leadership through relevant discussions and case studies at MC and management levels as well as our training initiatives for the entire salesforce.
Looking forward, what technological advancements do you feel will impact the role of in-house legal teams in the future the most?
I believe that the technological advancement that will impact the role of in-house legal teams the most in the future, will involve AI client interfacing tools, such as chatbot seamlessly integrated with a user-friendly, cloud-based platform for enterprise contract management.
