Focus on Adexus’ legal department

Adexus’ legal department has been an invaluable asset during the company’s recent transformation process, supporting its numerous transactions to acquire new customers and maintain good relations with its current base customers. Examples of such valuable contributions from the last period include projects and contracts with mining, government, and banking entities. The legal team has been commended for their participation in these efforts alongside their collaboration and support to internal areas within the company. This collaboration involves different legal intervention matters such as company law, business law, employment law, public tendering, contract law, tort, and ethics compliance. Positive comments have also focused on the team’s efforts to keep the company’s good reputation by regulating and developing ethical business practices by creating the company’s code of ethics and other controls related to corporate integrity.
