What are the most significant cases or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?

In the last 12 months I was actively engaged in several M&A transactions in different geographies — the US, India, Argentina, Uruguay, among others. Those have involved several kinds of complexities.

How much influence do you, as a general counsel, have on the diversity and inclusions policies of your organisation?

I actively participate in the D&I initiatives of Globant. The development of such policies and implementation actions are out of the scope of my work.
