Norway’s second largest insurance brokerage house, Norwegian Broker specialises in the three areas of expertise, namely, brokerage of personal injury, personal and pension insurance; ownership insurance; and the development and operation of affinity, loyalty, group solutions and programs. The firm’s relatively small legal team has been led by head of legal and compliance André Arntzen since 2012 and is recognised for their assistance to the company when negotiating various deals whilst also complying with the latest applicable laws and regulations affecting the insurance sector. To this end, the legal team at Norwegian Broker helped the company acquire majority shares in insurance brokerage company Garde in February 2018 as well as Quality Broker, another insurance brokerage company, in June 2018.
