Bosch Hungary
Bosch, the world-leading German multinational engineering and electronics company, has deep roots in Hungary having first set up a subsidiary in the country in 1918. Today the company has a well-respected legal function in Hungary, led by chief legal counsel Sándor Horváth, which has handled a number of matters when assisting senior management in executing company goals. Horváth has extensive knowledge of Bosch’s Hungarian operations, having been with the firm since 2012, whilst his legal team is credited for working cooperatively and collaboratively with other business units when fulfilling their mission of being partners to the business. The team is set to continue playing an important role in the expansion of Bosch’s Budapest Engineering Center, the Group’s largest European development centre, following the announcement of a €120m investment in the campus in July 2018.
