In January 2018 Judith Bischof joined, RUAG, a Swiss provider of outstanding technological capabilities in aerospace as well as security and defence. Prior to this role, from 2011 she served as the general counsel and member for the executive committee for global solutions provider, Ascom and was responsible for introducing a successful compliance strategy which includes a new code of conduct, regular compliance and negotiation trainings and compliance audits. She also played an integral role in the divestment of Ascom’s security communication division in five separate deals and three countries guiding all related transition services agreements. Before joining Ascom she worked as a senior associate at Lenz & Staehlin, with a focus on competition, IT, telecommunications and media, contract and corporate, public procurement, energy law and counselling and litigation.
