Can you tell us a little about your significant accomplishments over the last few years, as a team or by yourself?
Like everyone, we have been through many challenges these recent years. I firmly believe that our main accomplishment has been to keep strong ties within the team and people motivated to keep working together for the benefit of our group despite physical distance and economic instability. These years have reminded us that humans are still the centre of business. No business can resist all recent challenges without sound, highly qualified, and determined people. My team has kept our dearest values: solidarity, transparency and professionalism.
What do you predict will be the biggest change to the legal market in France in the next few years?
I think the change will be to accept working with artificial intelligence aimed at rendering our service more agile and letting us deal with more complex cases in less time.
What will the main focus of your company be over the next few months, and how do you intend to assist with this?
Our main focus will be adapting to the current market instability in an inflationist environment. Our biggest challenge will be to secure prices on the one hand and to be able to reflect cost increases into our prices. These contractual conditions will be particularly sensitive when negotiating with our most strategic customers.
