Since 2012 Laurence Ballone Burrini has been the legal director at Eiffage Construction, a French civil engineering construction company and the third largest business of its type in France, and the fifth largest in Europe. Eiffage is currently involved in the ambitious and high-profile HS2 project, working as part of a joint venture, and Ballone Burrini has been central to it and other pioneering projects in Europe.

Amongst these projects, she is tasked with working on the creation of a new district in the city entrance of Clamart, a €80m project with living space of more than five hectares by 2023. Part of a company that takes pride in its diversity, with 36% of its staff made up of women, she has been part of several women’s networks within the business and externally also. Ballone Burrini holds a degree in business law and a Master’s degree in international business law management.
