Robert Kuster is a New York qualified attorney with broad international transactional experience, with a focus on corporate practice on M&A, capital markets and private equity. His career at Zurich Insurance started in January 2014 as senior legal counsel M&A, finance, investments, where he focused on cross-border M&A, distribution arrangements, investment-related matters and capital market transactions. Having impressed in that position, in January 2018 Kuster was promoted to his current role as head legal M&A, finance, investments, managing a team of senior lawyers at Zurich’s corporate centre, focusing on cross-border M&A and distribution arrangements, investment-related matters and capital market transactions. He previously worked as corporate associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges New York and associate counsel at Brigard & Urrutia, Colombia.
