Gideon Rosenberg is the deputy general counsel at NVIDIA Corporation and the head of HR for Nvidia Israel. He has over 20 years of experience and is qualified in Israel and New York, USA. By way of background, he has an LLB from University College London. Before joining Nvidia in April 2020 through its acquisition of Mellanox Technologies, Gideon spent 10 years working for Mellanox Technologies, mainly supporting its M&A activities and providing legal guidance on many commercial and employment matters. Before joining Mellanox Technologies, Gideon worked for McKesson Technologies at its GA (US) offices, supporting various sales teams. In his current role, Gideon is responsible for supporting M&A and commercial activities and employment law support in Israel and EMEA. In addition, for the past two years, Gideon has managed the HR team for Nvidia in Israel, Denmark and Ukraine. Gideon spends his free time with his family and serves as the head of his children’s elementary school PTA. He is also active in a mentoring programme for in-house counsel.
