Spotlight on Paul Giugni

Paul Giugni is general counsel at Scentre Group.

Paul was appointed general counsel of the group in June 2014. Prior to the establishment of Scentre Group, Paul was general counsel Australia and New Zealand at Westfield Group. Paul joined Westfield Group in September 1998. Before joining Westfield Group, Paul was a solicitor at Freehill Hollingdale and Page (now Herbert Smith Freehills).

Paul holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Sydney.

He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
