Can you talk about you or your company’s efforts relating to renewability, sustainability or other environmentally- friendly activities?

At TNB Renewables, we are committed to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia. We support the Malaysia Renewable Energy Roadmap which aspires to achieve 31% renewable energy capacity by 2025, and 40% by 2035. We possess a strong team with deep expertise in renewable energy and aim to shift Malaysian power consumption towards renewable sources of energy.

Why are in-house lawyers well-placed to drive change in their organisations?

Traditionally, in-house lawyers had roles as the providers of business solutions, mitigators of risk and champions of good governance.
