Cynthia Bar joined Coca-Cola Argentina in August 2010 and was made legal director in early 2016, prior to which she was a senior attorney with Hope Duggan & Silva for over 12 years; accruing a reputation as a corporate law expert.

A hands-on legal head when it comes to team development, Bar nurtures the more junior talent in her team in order to provide long-term growth of the legal team’s capabilities.

She is engaged in the company’s comprehensive investment plan in the country, which will see US$1.2bn spent in the country from 2018-2021. Bottling and distribution operations are to be greatly expanded under this scheme.
