Heading legal affairs at Frávega, legal manager Ramón Sosa gives comprehensive advice to different departments of the company, covering a range of corporate and legal matters. These include the negotiation of contracts and complex legal matters with third parties, administration of budget and resources, as well as development of documentation by internal customer requirement. Sosa started at Frávega as legal supervisor in 2015, he became chief of legal shortly after and was recently promoted to legal manager, taking on more responsibilities in the legal department. Before joining Frávega, Sosa was a lawyer at the Argentinian Ministry of Economy and Public Finance dealing with competition and consumer law cases.
