Highly regarded by peers throughout the French legal market, it was reported by the industry press that Béatrix Laurent-Moulin was hired by ManpowerGroup France in 2011 as a response to the growing complexity of regulations faced by firms in the temporary work sector. As chief legal officer she has bolstered her reputation since the appointment by providing business-oriented legal advice and compliance implementation to accompany and protect the Group while it develops new HR initiatives for the benefit of its clients.
Prior to joining ManpowerGroup France, Laurent-Moulin had notable in-house spells in the legal departments of Sandoz, Coca-Cola and Kraft Foods (now Mondelēz International) over an 18 year period. Before that she was an associate for three years at Dentons. Her first in-house role was at Schlumberger where she was employed between 1984 and 1989. Laurent-Moulin obtained her law degree in 1981 from King’s College London and also has an LLM in English and French law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
