What are the most significant cases and transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?

The biggest highlight of the past year was successfully closing our Series B2 funding round. This was accomplished while ensuring service delivery to our colleagues did not suffer – especially in the provision of support when closing new customer deals. We managed this with a very small but powerful legal team.

What has been the number one challenge that has impacted you over the past year?

It has been challenging for us to satisfy business demands due to the small size of the team. Additionally, we had to ensure we worked efficiently to deliver services across internal levels against a backdrop of macroeconomic headwinds.

Has the increasing consciousness of climate change and sustainability affected your company and the team’s priorities, and if so, how?

The increasing consciousness of climate change and sustainability has definitely affected our priorities as a company and a team. While we do not yet have an official ESG framework as we are so early stage, we have created policies that would be a part of a potential ESG framework, which we are discussing formalising.
