Solange Kurchan has been legal manager at L’Oréal Argentina since 2013. She leads a legal function that provides support across all areas of the company – from consumer and luxury products to active cosmetics and the professional products division – and advises on human resources, finance and operational matters. She is recognised for combining a wide range of technical skills with a detailed appreciation of L’Oréal’s business and is known as a formidable commercial negotiator. She began her legal career as an associate at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal, Argentina’s largest firm, working in the banking and finance practice. Immediately prior to joining L’Oréal Argentina she was legal counsel for the Southern Cluster at US telecoms company Level 3 Communications.
