Mariano Mazur, current general counsel at Perez Companc Family Group, has received wide acclaim for overseeing complex litigation and negotiating financial transactions. Employed at the Group for over seven years, Mazur has acquired a wealth of international experience, which serves him well in his responsibilities to provide general legal advice across all areas related to different domestic and international companies of the diverse holding company, as well as to the group shareholders in all jurisdictions. Mazur’s current role also involves drafting and negotiation of different types of agreements, structuring and implementing legal schemes and coordination of multi-jurisdictional legal counsel in cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Perez Companc Family Group, Mazur spent over six years in private practice, working at Ruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi.
