Simone is a strategic and creative thinker focused on continuous improvement. She has significant experience of managing highly complex commercial, legal matters in the energy sector, and strong leadership in transforming traditional business and implementing new strategies.

Simone has a reputation to quickly assess complex structures and implement strategic solutions and is dynamic and versatile with a pragmatic approach. She has vast experience in risk management, design of lean corporate governance, as well as restructuring and integration.

Simone is currently based in the Netherlands where she is on the managing board of Siemens Energy Holding BV and Siemens Energy Finance BV.

Her focus areas include: Lean corporate governance, creating one effective SE legal team across countries supporting the business with a strong focus on the energy transition; preparing the integration of Siemens Gamesa; supporting the legal entity management worldwide through the Dutch Holding as well supporting the Finance company with global project financing for a wide variety of financial instruments, such as (green) bonds.
