Christian is the general counsel of Mövenpick Holding, where he oversees all legal and IP matters within the Group. He is also responsible for M&A transactions, licensing activities, all commercial contracts, private equity investments, corporate law, data protection, management of key partners and litigation.
During his years at Mövenpick Holding, Christian has been involved in several significant cases and transactions. Some of the most remarkable include the successful sale of Mövenpick Hotels to the Accor Group in 2018; and the successful sale of Marché International to Lagardère Travel Retail in 2022.
Christian is also responsible for the management of worldwide trademark and domain portfolio of more than 10,000 trademarks.
