Praised for her ‘exemplary’ industry knowledge, Kylie McPherson sits on the governing executive of both Australia’s Distilled Spirits Industry Counsel and Spirits New Zealand. With broad strategic input at board level, across Diageo’s Australasian business her remit covers corporate affairs, public policy, communications and CSR. Sources also point to her management of a highly regarded in-house team and her championing of the legal brand throughout her four years with the global beverages leader. A former Marque Lawyers M&A partner, McPherson has extensive experience in big ticket transactions, operating from both sides of the table.
