What has been the number one challenge that has impacted you over the past year?

In the last year, the biggest challenge has been to adapt to the new requirements of the commercial sphere in a legal innovation which goes hand in hand with technological innovation. Creating the legal form that best suits the business and involves the least legal risk for the company.

Also, the negotiation of different types of contracts with different lawyers and law firms from different parts of the world is a big challenge, because you must handle different regulations and cultural issues.
