With more than 18 years of experience in the practice of law, Angel has dedicated his career to specialising in administrative legal analysis to enhance the functioning of organisations. Angel’s career has been characterised by his ability to lead teams, and provide strategic advice and  innovative legal solutions.

With a solid and diversified career, his experience has been enriched through public and private roles, as well as in international contexts. Angel’s passion for analysis, problem solving and leadership has led him to take on significant challenges and bring considerable value to the companies in which he has worked.  His commitment to excellence and efficient management drives him to continue strengthening his knowledge and skills.

In his current role as an international official at FONPLATA, Development Bank, he leads the Human Talent and Administration teams. In addition, his role includes legal-administrative advice on corporate management, regulatory development and optimisation of institutional management systems.

In addition to exercising supervision, internal control and management of the areas he leads, the team works on the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key results objectives (OKRs) to improve organisational efficiency and goal achievement.

Angel’s focus is based on promoting operational excellence, transparency and effective collaboration in all areas under his responsibility that reach the Bank’s Headquarters in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay.
