Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense?  

We have recently created practice groups within the legal team, including colleagues and lawyers, with dedicated specialisations on a worldwide basis.  

How do you prioritise diversity and inclusion within your legal department, and what initiatives have you implemented to foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment? 

I have recently invited and supported one of my colleagues in attending to the initiative implemented by a reputable law firm, aimed at empowering women in the legal world. On top of this, in a team mainly composed by women, I pay a lot of attention to the various needs and sensibilities in the workplace supporting an always better work-life balance.
