The integrated team advises upon a diversified portfolio, including retail, car parks, offices and logistics assets spanning Hong Kong, Mainland China, Australia, Singapore, and the UK. The team also contributed extensively to the successful completion of the largest ever Asian rights issue in real estate sector raising approximately HK$18.8 billion and more than 25 asset acquisitions with a total value of approximately HK$65 billion despite difficult economic condition.
