Could you share an example of a time when you came up with an innovation that improved how your legal team works and did not come at a large expense?  
 
Since joining Transurban recently, I noticed an issue related to email and document sharing and the accessibility of emails when team members on secondment left. As a result, I suggested the implementation of a shared mailbox to centralise email copies and save upcoming diary appointments, among other things.  
 
What are the most significant cases or transactions that you have recently been involved in?  
 
Since joining Transurban, I have worked exclusively on the West Gate Tunnel Project. This project involves, among other things, expanding the West Gate Freeway from 8 to 12 lanes, constructing new twin tunnels under Yarraville, erecting a bridge over the Maribyrnong River to establish a second river crossing that connects to an elevated road along Footscray Road, improved accessibility to the Port of Melbourne, establishing connections to CityLink, the inner northern suburbs, and the city, as well as creating an extensive network of cycling and walking paths.  
 
What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why?  
 
Both in London and Australia, I have volunteered at charities which support women, and their transition back into employment by providing clothing and interview coaching. The impact of this simple intervention is incredibly positive and seeing a client begin to believe in herself again is a joyful experience to share with them.
