First, can you please give us an idea of the sort of work your team has done recently? 

We support the business in any legal matters, including, but not limited to, underwriting and distribution. The Luxembourg legal entity operates throughout Europe either through branches or cross border. Given our business as a regulated entity and the need to ensure compliance in a diverse number of jurisdictions, we have lawyers based in most of the countries where we are present, all functionally reporting to the Luxembourg HQ. In addition, Luxembourg is the management head office for our operations in Middle East and Africa.
