First, can you please give us an idea of the sort of work your team has done recently?  

On a daily basis, I oversee the corporate governance of all the ATOZ affiliated entities and main shareholdings; oversee the compliance department, including the AML/KYC team; and maintain an on-going relationship with our regulators. 

Our main business projects: 

Merger and demerger in relation to group restructuring projects. 

Incorporation and launch of new businesses in Luxembourg and abroad. We have, for example, very recently launched ATOZ Tax Advisers Middle East in Dubai. 

Acquisition of new businesses. 

What particular industry trends are you seeing in the legal sector in Luxembourg? 

The Luxembourg legal sector is well known for being very resilient and flexible and has proved its ability to adapt quickly to any new business challenges when needed. 

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why? 

ESG topics and, more precisely, women’s and children’s rights (to health care, education, and so much more).
