With a dynamic career spanning over 15 years in the Luxembourg financial services industry, I am a versatile and seasoned professional renowned for my expertise in providing strategic, legal, administrative, financial, and tax advice to a diverse clientele, board members, shareholders, and investors. I possess a comprehensive understanding of Luxembourg and international tax and corporate laws, coupled with a master’s degree in international tax law from the prestigious University of Leiden in the Netherlands. 

Throughout my career, I have held key positions in leading professional services and financial organisations, where I have consistently delivered exceptional results and demonstrated my ability to thrive in client-facing consulting and in-house operational roles. 

One of my notable achievements includes serving as the chief legal officer at Quantum Dao, a prominent private wealth management office based in Luxembourg. In this capacity, I spearhead the management of the group’s legal affairs, overseeing corporate, labour, finance and tax law matters, as well as litigation and dispute resolution. I play a pivotal role in contract review, negotiation, and drafting, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements and safeguarding the group’s interests. Additionally, I provide strategic guidance to the group’s leadership on various projects, including corporate restructuring, financing, and investments, while actively monitoring legislative changes. Through effective communication and meticulous oversight, I facilitated seamless operations and supported the group’s strategic direction, all while managing and mitigating legal risks. 

During my tenure as the head of corporate development and M&A at COMO Digital Life, a leading digital payments and financial management fintech company, I led the corporate and business development initiatives, driving growth through strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. I oversaw the legal, regulatory, and financial functions of the group, liaising closely with stakeholders to implement strategic projects and initiatives. 

Prior to this, as a senior manager at big four consulting firms, I provided expert advice to multinationals, asset management companies and financial institutions on alternative investment funds, private equity, and real estate structures, navigating complex cross-border transactions and tax optimisation strategies. My role involved managing client relationships, overseeing tax and legal compliance obligations, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. 

During my tenure as an international tax advisor at Loyens & Loeff, I specialised in advising alternative investment funds, high net worth individuals, and financial institutions across Europe and America. I crafted highly technical opinions and memorandums, along with tax rulings, while providing tailored solutions for cross-border corporate, fund, and securitisation structures. I participated in business development strategies, and represented the firm in industry events and roadshows, showcasing expertise in Luxembourg tax and legal frameworks. 

Throughout my career, I have been recognised for my outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as my meticulous attention to detail. I have successfully navigated diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes, leveraging my language skills and global perspective to drive success in various international markets.
