Spotlight on: Our legal department

The legal function plays a highly involved role in all M&A transactions and corporate (re)structurings, including setting up a structured process for the company or group’s M&A and corporate transformation journey, which is a strategic priority. The function is also involved in the strategic governance of the group, including ESG and other compliance measures. ESG has been anchored within the legal function under my guidance. Furthermore, the function handles an increasing number of day-to-day legal matters from the business, aiming to become a trusted partner throughout the All Things Live organisation. We strive to understand our business colleagues and provide sound and pragmatic advice. We see this as an important measure to foster closer collaboration and trust within the organisation.
