Jacob Ulrik is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Currently serving as the general counsel at Svitzer for over a decade, Jacob has been a driving force behind the company’s legal strategies and operations. Prior to his role at Svitzer, Jacob held positions of increasing responsibility, including business development manager at Svitzer and head of legal department at Maersk Tankers. With a career spanning several prestigious organisations such as A.P. Moller – Maersk, Borealis, and Gorrissen Federspiel, Jacob has garnered a comprehensive understanding of legal intricacies within the maritime sector. He began his journey as a MISE Trainee at Maersk Group, solidifying his foundation in maritime law. Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Jacob’s leadership and expertise continue to shape the legal landscape of the maritime industry.
