What are the most significant cases or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?

Ak Yatırım, where I have been working for more than three years, is one of the leading brands in its sector and increases its success day by day. It makes me happy to be a part of this success. Our company acquired a crypto company in May 2023. I coordinated this M&A process and started working as the legal affairs director of this crypto company. This is a big project for our company and the sector.

What strategic priorities are guiding you and your team in 2024?

In 2024, as the Legal Department, we will continue to maintain success in our current work. Additionally, we will closely monitor crypto asset regulation and initiate rapid work on “Sustainability” and “Business Continuity,” which are critical issues of recent times.

Do you have a cause, business-related or otherwise, that you are passionate about?

Since I am a perfectionist, I can say that it is my passion to bring out the “best” in the work I carry out.
