Selin Barlın Aral obtained her master’s degree from Georgetown University, graduated from Koç University Law School, and completed her high school education at Robert College. Following her education, Selin worked for ten years as a corporate, M&A and real estate partner at Paksoy, one of Turkey’s leading law firms. As of March 2020, she serves as the chief legal officer of Getir, overseeing all legal processes for the company’s operations internationally. In April 2022, she took on the additional responsibility of the people function, and since then, she has served as both the chief legal and people officer at Getir, an Istanbul-based technology company that delivers groceries in minutes.
